Title: IT Help Desk
Description: The IT Help Desk Customer Service Representative (CSR) Tier 1 Non-Medical will provide key Help Desk / Customer Support services. The CSR will support various applications, hardware, Internet connections, password resets etc.
Responsibilities:
Process incoming calls / E-mails received; convert the information into an
incident ticket
Utilize the Help Desk incident tracking tool to log/report incidents; utilize client
systems/networks to provide remote service
Analyze and resolve routine, non-technical customer problems as first contact
within set criteria
Provide timely escalation of problems that cannot be resolved to qualified
engineers or vendor support
Complete Help Desk Training requirements (HIPAA, Help Desk orientation; HMS
application training; etc.)
Required Skill:
Must have excellent English communication skills (to answer incoming calls
from customers and create incident record or update existing record following strict written procedures).
Requires in-depth experience and broad working knowledge/skills in
Must be able to work variable shifts (including nights and weekends, if required).
Intermediate knowledge of PC and software applications including Microsoft
Excel, Word and Outlook
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Description: VoIP Engineer Support will be responsible for deploying VoIP products. You will be responsible for interaction with the Customer and Business Management Teams.
Main activities will include
Assisting in pre-sale for technical VoIP questions
Perform RFP for cabling, wire management, labeling, racks, etc for estimated costs
Installation of IP Hard phones, replacement of phone, servers, PBX, etc
Basic Configuration of Commex IP Voice Series
Testing links, proving loops etc
Physical configuration of IP phone and software as required
Issues with access, coordinate with vendors for link issues,
Backup of device configuration, voice messages & managing device logs
Escalations to USA VoIP Engineers
Competence We are seeking candidates with years experience in IT or Telecom market with VoIP, asterisk, installation and Pre-sale is highly recommended.
Knowledge in the following areas is also required:
Has experience in Deployment of Analog/Digital PBX*s, VoIP environments
In-depth knowledge of Move, Add, Change, Delete service requests
Working knowledge of ISDN, PRI, E1, T1, CO trunks, fiber technology, etc
Working knowledge of IP enabled telephony applications
Relationship management experience with Telecom hardware and service
